Refund and Returns Policy
At Little Monsters Universe, we want you to love our products as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns for physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused and in the same packaging it was received in.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at tina@littlemonstersuniverse.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the details on where to send the product.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at tina@littlemonstersuniverse.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of your damaged item with your email. We’ll happily send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products (including virtual classes, lesson plans, downloadable nature journals, and activity units) are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
